You can now add a Republican events to the NCGOP calendar! 

All events submitted must be reviewed & approved by an administrator before they appear on the calendar.    Please read the calendar guidelines below before submitting an event.

To submit an event:

1. Go to the calendar at http://www.ncgop.org/cgi-bin/calendar.pl
2. Click "Login" on the left side of the page
3. The username is:  guest  (it is case sensitive)
4. The password is:  guest  (it is case sensitive)
5. Click "Add Event" on the left side of the calendar.
6. Completely enter the event information in the fields given
7. Click the "Save and Continue" button at the bottom of the page
8. Then, enter the time and date of the event (**see notes below**)
9. Click the "Save" button and you are finished

**Note: If the event is multi-day event (e.g., the NCGOP convention), enter in the date range of the event.  Or, enter in multiple individual dates.

**Note: If the event is a recurring event (e.g., a monthly meeting that occurs on the first Tuesday of each month), select the "recurring schedule" button and choose the dates the event recurs.  You do not need to enter the event in more than once!

Calendar guidelines:

• The NCGOP calendar is for Republican events occurring in North Carolina.
• County party and auxiliary groups are welcome to add all events.
• Candidates for the following offices can post political events: General Assembly, statewide and federal races.
• Please do not include individual candidate's fundraisers.
• All events submitted must be approved by the administrator before they appear on the calendar.  Calendar items are reviewed & approved every weekday morning.
