To Schedule A Voter Vault Training In Your County:
The North Carolina Republican Party will be facilitating trainings across the state through the end of November (dates still available) and will resume in January 2008. Each training session lasts approximately two and a half hours. Contact Ladd Lesh at 919-828-6423 or by e-mail at lesh@ncgop.org for more information and to choose an available date.

- Provide the trainer – Joyce Cotten
- Assist in arranging the location
- Accept RSVPs
- Help advertise
If you would…
- Suggest available locations convenient to attendees.
- Keep a list of attendees (with full contact information) and provide that to us at least two days in advance.
- Advertise and show up!
What is Voter Vault?
A database of all registered voters with contact information, party affiliations, tags for surveys, voting record (how often they have voted in the past for opportunities to vote-including primaries), and allows a means to extract the information from the database in the form of databases to be used as mailing lists, walking lists and more! Voter Vault is an extremely valuable tool during election season!!

To be granted access to Voter Vault, you must:
- Be a registered Republican.
- Be endorsed by a GOP County Chairman or State or Federal GOP Nominee.
- Attend a Voter Vault training session.
- Fill out the confidentiality agreement completely and agree to the terms of the agreement.
- Have the User and Endorser sign the agreement.
